INGREDIENTS
2 kg stewing beefghee (Clarified butter) per your amount 4 onion 2 green chili Curry leaf MintTyme 2 bunch dhania (coriander) 2 curry spoon kashmir masala 2 tablespoon kashmir chili powder 1 teaspoon food colouring 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon garam masala 250 ml fresh cream 2 tablespoon plain yogurt ΒΌ cup sour milk Salt per your choice 6 potatoes 3 cups basmati rice1 teaspoon turmeric Salt per your amount 2 cups briyhani dhall (lentils)
METHOD
Mix the beef with all the ingredients. Except the potatoes and rice.. Marinate over night. Then fry 2 onions for the meat when marinating. Then put ghee (Clarified butter) in the pot. Then put in the marnaited meat. Let that cook for a while. Till the beef is soft. But not too soft. Then boil the rice with salt and turmeric. Once done then strain it. Fry your potatoes with salt and food colouring. Boil dhall (lentils). Once all is done. Then add the potatoes to the curry. Then add dhal then the rice. And add some dhall (lentils) on top of the rice. Then cook in the oven for 2 hours..enjoy ππ
INFO & TIPS
Once it is cooked u can separate the rice from the meat.. Enjoy..
