Dough :Add all the ingredients , using your machine and dough hook make a soft dough not sticky . Or mix dry ingredients , then wet and use you hands to make a soft dough knead until no more sticky.Add oil to a container place dough and allow to rise atleast 1 hour . Fry potatoes And polony Season with : Salt Vinegar Masala Divide dough into 2 Roll out on a floured surface Spread some mayo And the rest of the sauces Place the fried and seasoned chips and polony on the 1 side, close by folding over . Spread the egg washSprinkle parsley and crushed red chili /orange pepper spice Bake at 180 degrees
