INGREDIENTS
Dough:
2 ½ cups flour1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon yeast4 tablespoon sugar½ cup oil¾ cup water ½ to ¾ cup milk
Filling : Cut and chop 3 big potatoes for chips Slice about 16 to 20 polony
Sauce : Mayo Tomato sauce Mustard sauce Sriracha
METHOD
Dough :Add all the ingredients , using your machine and dough hook make a soft dough not sticky . Or mix dry ingredients , then wet and use you hands to make a soft dough knead until no more sticky.Add oil to a container place dough and allow to rise atleast 1 hour .
Fry potatoes And polony Season with : Salt Vinegar Masala
Divide dough into 2 Roll out on a floured surface Spread some mayo And the rest of the sauces Place the fried and seasoned chips and polony on the 1 side, close by folding over .
Spread the egg washSprinkle parsley and crushed red chili /orange pepper spice
Bake at 180 degrees
INFO & TIPS
You can use left over steak or chicken as well .
Also u can add grated cheese
