200g prawns peeled, deshelled and cleaned2 garlic clove½ teaspoon fresh ginger1 egg1 teaspoon light soy sauce, plus extra to serve2 spring onions -chopped1 red, 1 green chilli1 teaspoon worchester sauceSqueeze of lemon1 teaspoon sesame oil Oil to fry6 slices white bread, crusts removed and sliced diagonally to form a triangle
METHOD
1. Blitz all ingredients to a paste2. Smear on your prepped bread3. Top with sesame seeds4. Deep fry till goldenENJOY and serve with a chilli sauce of your choice!.
