INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpea drained and washedSalt to taste
Approx ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves fresh garlic 2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 small freshly squeezed lemon
¼ cup sesame seeds
Add sesame seeds to a pan and roast it in medium. Heat until light brown .Remove from pan .Add to a food processor and grind until crushed and soft start adding olive oil to form a thick paste
METHOD
In a food processor add the chickpeas , chipped garlic cloves , salt and 2 tablespoon olive oil , blits until the texture seems smooth , keep on adding olive oil as need to make a thick consistency, lastly add the tahini paste and lemon juice mix together . After last add some Sprinkle red chili powder . And diesel with olive oil
