1 cup flour for 1st coating
Egg wash3 eggs250 ml club soda1 cup flour1 tablespoon salt
Dry coat3 cups flour 1 tablespoon dry thyme1 tablespoon dry mustard powder 5 tablespoon paprika4 tablespoon white pepper1 tablespoon ground ginger powder 2 tablespoon salt2 tablespoon garlic salt1 tablespoon oregano 3 tablespoon black pepper ground
METHOD
1st coat in plain flour Dip in egg wash let it be nice and wetCoat in dry rub Deep fry for 15 minutes @170 degrees in oil
So I used my chips deep fryer was easier for me as it has the temperature control I kept the basket in the oil when oil was @ 170 I dropped in 4 legs at a time and cooked 15 minutesWith thighs I only could fit 3 in nicely so they dont stick
Enjoy with chips slaw mash and gravy I didnt manage more than chicken and chipsπ
