INGREDIENTS
1 roll Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
, chopped up into small pieces (I use Fatima's) Oil125ml. Cream ¾ tin Creamstyle Corn¼ cup Sauce of choice 1 cup grated cheese (or as preferred) Springroll wrappers (makes enough filling for about 35 medium wrappers)
METHOD
Mix cooled patha, sauce, corn and cream together.Fill wrappers and seal with Lai.Freeze or fry.
INFO & TIPS
Can be used for samoosas or pies too.
