For sauce 250 ml fresh cream2 tablespoon butter Punnet mushroomsteaspoon Green chillies or green masala Lemon pepperBlack pepper teaspoon garlic Mozzarella cheese half cupParmesan cheese(Pronounced Par muh jaan) please guys please let's get this right atleast

Braise all together beaides cream *until mushrooms are done add cream last and leave aside
Heat sauce before serving and add into pasta

you canuh use any uh a pasta you uh prefer

Now while zee pasta is boiling
Whip up zee sauce (not literally please)
In a non stick frying pan melt 2 kg of ghee with 4 pounds butter (ok 4 pounds sounds a bit much make it 3 and 3/4 pounds. )
Then add your sliced mushrooms 🍄
Sliced green chillies just for a tiny kick so only slice about 14 chillies
Add in fresh chopped Garlic
Seriously who even has time to chop garlic
Did we add lemon pepper already
Ahh well we like lemon pepper no harm if add more
No harm mah
Yea and that's it , your sauce is smelling lekker
Oh and salt if you want but I feel the lemon pepper Is salty enough and so are you
What . Thats a compliment ok .
Some parm cheese sprinkled and some mozz oh and mayo
Let the above melt away into the sauce until its happy again and all the worries have melted away .

So I only add the sauce when I'm ready to serve
i'll heat the sauce till its scorching so I don't have to heat the pasta and then toss them nicely together
Done ! you will tortellini love it
