Recipe:adapted and inspired from unknown source and Korean Dalgona latte
RECIPE
1 cup milk4- 6 teaspoon rose syrup (as sweet as you'd like) 1 cup creamA few spoonfuls of cardamom ice cream or sprinkle of ground cardamom(optional) Rose milk ice cubes (2 teaspoon rose syrup in milk, then frozen) Add chilled milk to the glass. Pop in some ice or rose milk ice cubes and some cardamom/ice cream if using. Beat the cream with the rose syrup till stiff. Spoon the cream over the milk. Sprinkle over some crushed rose petals or use pashmak (I didn't have any). Serve immediately. Enjoy! ...
INFO & TIPS
When I seen @tableforfivedubai share a rose dalgona I had to try mine doesnt look white at the bottom as I didn't have time to freeze the rose milk so I added the rose syrup to the milk. I didn't add ice cream but it was really good. I'll share the recipe below . . . Rose Dalgona Milk
