METHOD
Marinade chicken with kashmiri chilli , salt and crushed black pepper. Fry or grill your chicken.In a pot , add in 250 g butter, 1 onion cut in rings and 2 teaspoon crushed garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.Then add in 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 4 tablespoon african sauce. Mix.Add in your chicken and allow to cook with sauce thereafter add in 250ml fresh cream and allow to thicken.Serve with savory rice or rolls.
