2 cups flour 1 teaspoon saltpinch white pepper 1 small sachet of the purple instant yeast 1 teaspoon sugar
make dough with lukewarm water let it rise for like an hour or more. make 3 big or 5medium or 7small rotis when rolling put sesame seeds. fry with ghee (Clarified butter).. serve hot. make it just before you eat so its soft and fresh think it gets that elastic texture if left for too long.. divinely soft naan!
