Big chillies½ cup Chana flour7 tablespoon brown sugarPinch teaspoon saltPinch of arad (Turmeric)¼ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)¼ teaspoon fennel seeds½ teaspoon sesame seeds Approx 5-7 tblspns Bottled lemon juice (enough to form a thick paste)
1.) Wash and slice chillies open from the middle.2.) Remove all the seeds.3.) Stuff chillies with the paste mixture.4.) Fry in hot shallow oil (cut side down first), then turn and fry the other side.
