400 g prawn shelled and deveinedAdd1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon aminas seafood masala1 teaspoon mayonnaise1 teaspoon Osmans Chilli garlic sauce1 teaspoon lemon juiceMix all if the above to the prawn let it marinate few hoursWhen ready shake off excess liquid and roll each prawn in the seafood coating or flour mix then egg then flourFry in med oil for +-1-2 minutes till batter is deep gold in colourEnjoy with chips and fried crispy onion rings in batterI served with like a veg rice with tomato chutney mixed in the riceSo like a spicy riceEnjoy
