INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes cubed 1 teaspoon mustard seeds Olive oil 1 teaspoon Gorimas Orange Spice 1 teaspoon Pepper1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon Garlic Flakes 1 tablespoon Creamy Jalapeño sauce 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce 1 Tsbp Mustard Sauce Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Cube the potatoes 2. Add olive oil & mustard seeds and allow to braise abit3. Add all the spices and the potatoes with abit of water and allow to cook 4. Once done add the sauces 5. Fry some samoosa pur
Assemble: Add the Pur at the bottom, followed by the aloo. Garnish with green, red & yellow peppers
