INGREDIENTS
1 tin cream style sweetcorn4 eggs Β½ cup milk ΒΌ cup oil Β½ cup gram flour 2 tablespoon flour 2 teaspoon baking powder Β½ teaspoon crushed green chillies Β½ teaspoon salt Sprinkle of black pepper Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
1. Whisk eggs until fluffy 2. Add rest of the ingredients to eggs and Whisk together3. Pour into a greased 20 x 30cm pyrex pan 4. Sprinkle poppy seeds over 5. Bake on 180 deg for 30 minutes.
