INGREDIENTS
500g prawns, peeled & deveined1 teaspoon red chilli paste½ teaspoon salt2½ teaspoon garlic paste2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon butterMarinate the prawns with all the ingredients for 15 minutes. Heat butter and stir fry prawns and leave aside.
500g fettuccini pasta, boiled with 2 teaspoon salt and drained.
2 tablespoon olive oil 1 large onion, sliced1 clove garlic, "1 teaspoon red chilli paste1 teaspoon salt¼ cup green pepper, cubed1 green chilli , slit8 baby tomatoes
2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
METHOD
Heat olive oil and saute' onion and garlic. Add red chilli paste and salt. Add green peppers, green chilli and baby tomatoes. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add cooked pasta to the veges and mix well. Add prawns to pasta. Add extra butter and mix well. Sprinkle parsley and serve. For a more creamier version ,add 125ml fresh cream instead butter.
I added. 1 tablespoon seafood mayo. 1 tablespoon garlic man seafood exotic sauce. 1 teaspoon fish spice , 1 teaspoon garlic lemon and parsley spice to the prawns marinade. Instead of salt I used garlic salt and robertsons seasoning salt. Also added sum red peppers.
