RECIPE

Boil 3 cups of sugar,1 cup milk,¼ cup fresh cream
Once dissolvedAdd 1kg Klim ,1 can nestle cream4 tablespoons butter3 teaspoon cardamon1 teaspoon rose water 1 teaspoon rose essence 3 drops red pink gel food colour
Add small amounts to food processor until smoothSet in a greased silicone mold quickly as it sets fastOr set in a tub and scoop like ice cream 🍨
