INGREDIENTS
Either use off cuts of tortillas or cut up store bought tortillasSaltChilli powderVinegar
METHOD
1. Heat deep fryer to med-high heat.2. Flash fry pieces of tortillas till crispy.3. Place into a metal dish, and whilst hot, season with salt and chilli powder.4. Toss with few squirts of white vinegar.5. Serve immediately. I served with salsa & guacamole.
