METHOD
2.5 kgs Quamquats washed and cut2.5 tablespoon fine Salt 6 tablespoon red rough chillies400grm Methi (Fenugreek) masala700mls white vinegar8 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)2.5 cups sugar900grms apricot jam
FOR VAGAAR½ c oil2 tablespoon crushed garlic 4 tablespoon sesame seed3 tablespoon mustard seed5 sprigs Curry leaves
Wash dry and cut quamquats Sprinkle salt red rough chillies Methi (Fenugreek) masala mix and leave aside
In a pot take vinegar sugar maizena (corn flour) and jam Bring to boil stirring all the tym give one two boils and pour over the quamquats mix and now make vagaar by heating the oil and throwing in all vagaar ingredients Throw vagaar on the quamquat mix well bottle and enjoy .
