NOT MY RECIPE FROM THE INDIAN DELIGHTS
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ kg mangoes
5 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon chilli powder
2 tablespoon whole jeera
1 tablespoon dhania (coriander) powder (dhana Jeeru (Cumin))
3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala..
1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
½ cup maziena
Vagaar:
2 bunches Curry leaves
2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1 ½ cups Oil
8 Green chilli ..slit..
10 garlic cloves
METHOD
Mix 1st 5 ingredients into the carrots..then boil the maziena sugar and vinegar keep stirring til it boils till thick then add to carrots then make vagaar add to carrots mix nicely..when cooled jar it and put in fridge.

It's a mango maziena achaar recipe but instead of mangoes I put carrots it delicious.
