75g sugar150g butter softened225g flour sifted with 2 teaspoon baking powder.2 tablespoon Cummin
METHOD
Cream butter and sugarAdd sifted flour and cumin.
Fold to form dough, till it all comes together.Form into logs, clingwrap. Refrigerate for 20 minutes minimum.Remove, slice. Place on baking tryBake at 180 deg for 18 to 20 minutes, till cooked. Cool and store in biscuit tins.
