Chicken fillets2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon (turmeric) haldi2 teaspoon red masala1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon (coriander) dhania (coriander) powder 2 teaspoon (cumin) Jeeru (Cumin) powder 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon chilli tomato sauce 1 tablespoon tandoori masala powder Salt to taste
Add 2-3 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon oil
Cook on medium to low heat till (not too dry).
Serve with fries, bread/naan/roti.
(Can make wraps. Can be used in pita etc.)
