VEG FILLING
Garlic flavor olive oil2 trays sliced mushroomsGreen, red, and yellow peppers, diced 1 tray baby corn, chopped
LettuceCucumber Jalapeno slicesAvocado Nandos sauceMayonnaiseCheese
METHOD
Marinate fillets in all the ingredients except the canvas grill sauce. Cook on medium heat till almost done. Add in canvas grill sauce and simmer a further 5 minutes.
Vegetables Steam all veggies till cooked, in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Place lettuce and cucumbers on wrap. Top with chicken strips. Add veggies.Drizzle over nandos sauce and mayo. Add jalapenos and avocado.Gently fold wrap and secure with a toothpick.Grate over cheese and sprinkle peppers.Microwave or bake till cheese melts.
