INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Fry onions till translucent. Add gg paste and saute for a minute.Add chicken mince along with salt, chili flakes, black pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander and cook vigorously at high flame till it changes colour. Add green peas , ½ cup water and cook till water dries. Add green chilies, green coriander, oregano and boiled egg and mix well. Keep stirring to dry this out.Keep aside. Mix all ingredients in flour and knead into a soft dough. Leave on counter to rise for half an hour. Then again punch and knead.Make balls.Flatten each ball, fill in chicken mince, close twist and pinch extra flour out.Make all buns this way and arrange on butter paper in the baking tray.Brush egg wash and sprinkle kalonji / sesame seeds.Bake at 160C for 15 minutes or till buns turn brown.Brush melted butter when hot.
