125g Soft Butter¾ cup normal sugar2 eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence (OR can use ½ Vanilla and 1 teaspoon coconut essence mix both) 2 cups dessicated coconut2 cups flour2 teaspoon Baking powder(Optional 2 tablespoon Oil) MethodBeat Butter and Sugar till pale and light and creamyAdd eggs (one at a time) Beat wellAdd essencesNow add the rest of the ingredientsMake a soft doughMix well make a soft dough Cut shapes scrape dough with a forkAdd 100 & 1000 Sprinkles Bake at 170* till light golden for 12-15 minutes or till doneEnjoy
