French Toast Cereal

INGREDIENTS

1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla2 teaspoon cinnamon powder¼ cup milk3 slices bread½ cup sugar

METHOD

🥣 In a bowl, mix the egg, vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and then add in the milk
🍞 Slice the crusts off 3 slices of bread. Cut in half, then cut into bite sizes
🥚Toss it into the egg mixture
🍳 On a greased pan, on medium heat fry each side for 2-3 minutes
🥣 Mix ½ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder in a bowl and toss in the the fried toast
Place into serving bowl and drizzle over it maple syrup (any topping you desire)
