INGREDIENTS
OnionTomato Baked beans Oil Red chillies Pinch of arad (Turmeric) Salt Eggs Nacho chips GaucamoleParmesan
METHOD
Chop onions & tomatoes into tiny chunks, fry in little oil until onion just tender, add in baked beans, chilli powder, arad (Turmeric) & salt. Simmer on low for about 7 minutes, make little wells for the eggs. Cook with a closed lid to your liking. When done, add in nacho chips, guacamole, season with salt & pepper & top with Parmesan shavings.
