6 bunches Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) (wash thoroughly and chop coarsely)Oil Peas (frozen or fresh)½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger and garlicGreen chillies to tasteGinger garlic paste (to taste)1 potato choppedSalt to taste
Place oil in pot.Add ½ of 1 large onion chopped.Add turmeric, ginger/garlic, green chillies, jeeroo and salt with handful frozen peas in the oil and let it braise with potato. Add a little water.Add bhaji (Spinach) with a1/4 more onion choppedAdd ½ tomato if desired.Cook until done.Let it cook through on lower heat
