one chicken, disjointed
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoons crushed jeeroo
2 teaspoons fine red chillies ( use less for a
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
Marinate chicken in spices and cook in butter.
When the chicken is almost done , add:
1 cup fresh cream
½ tin tomato puree
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
allow chicken and sauce to simmer until done.
