In a tea pot boil water with a tea bag then add 1 teaspoon chai masala1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ginger powder 1 Elachi (cardomom) 2 cloves 1 aniseed In a separate boil , heat together milk and a dash of vanilla essence. Wisk until frothy and add to the teaTop with whipped cream and cinnamon
