½ loaf white or brown bread1 onion2 eggs2 teaspoon oil1 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon garlic ¼ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon saltFresh dhania (coriander)
Mix all ingredients in food processor. If dry add some water or milk. Make small patties with dough and fry in little oil and both sides till golden brown. Keep one big ball of dough for stuffing baby roast chicken and tie up legs when cooking with cotton.
