1 kg rump steak cut in 4cm pieces 2 med onions sliced 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic Salt 4 tamotoes liquidized Quater teaspoon tumric powder 3 teaspoon fresh chillies ground 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) ground Half red pepper seeded and quartered Half green pepper seeded and quartered Half yellow pepper seeded and quartered 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) add onions cumin seeds saute until golden brown. Add steak ginger and garlic salt and cook over medium heat until tender. Add tomatoes and spices and cook on medium. Add the peppers 10 minutes before serving.
