Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
13/4 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon bakin powder
2 cups fine grated carrots
Half teaspoon bicab.
1 cup oil
Half cup pecan nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

METHOD

Mix al the above ingredients and bake at 180 for 1hr o until skewr cums out clean.

Icing
Top wit white chocolate icing and decorate wit pecan nuts and cherries o ice wit cream cheese icing.
