INGREDIENTS
2 boxes of choc krust/kits biscuits ( see below)
125g cream cheese
Pieces of cherries(handful)
Chopped pecan (handful)
METHOD
Place biscuits in a packet - crush with rollin pin till fine
- add rest of ingredients
Roll into balls - place of tray lined with wax paper -
freeze 1 hour
Remove - dip 1 end of stick in choc den push into
biscuit ball
Refreeze for 1 hour
Remove - dip ball in choc an decorate as desired
INFO & TIPS
NB : if u don\'t hav sticks dip in choc set in freezer den
place in mini foil cups
