INGREDIENTS

250g Bbq Sausage2 onions, chopped1 Green Chillie¼ teaspoon Bbq Spur Spice or any spice... 3 - 4 teaspoon Mrs. BALLS ChutneyOil4x Slices of Toasted BreadTomato Sauce/Mustard SauceFEW SLICES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE

METHOD

Fry the onions until golden, then add the spice & lastly the chutney.... Fry the sausage in a pan,then cut it into slices. Put on the slices of toast, with some fried onions, top with cheese & sauce of your choice.
