3 cups flour sifted¾ cup milk½ cup boiling water2 oz butteradd ¼ cup sugar to buttermix 1 egg beat welladd ½ teaspoon salt to flour1 packet yeast¼ cup Luke warm water1 teaspoon sugar
METHOD
leave to rise...make dough...leave to rise...divide into roll size balls...roll each out into oval rotis...smear a mixture of melted butter,brown sugar&cinnamon powder...swissroll...then cut slit down centre...twist the two pieces together....leave to rise...bake...then pour over caramel topping &crushed nuts...
Caramel topping:Melt 1 tin caramel treat & ½ cup fresh cream...Enjoy!!!!
