Chicken chilli :1 kg chicken fillet cubed big1 heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic1 teaspoon teaspoon lemon pepper @inapaarmanskitchen1 teaspoon garlic pepper @inapaarmanskitchen½ teaspoon black pepperSalt to taste2 heaped tablespoon maziena 1 tablespoon all purpose flour2 eggs lightly beaten Gravy :1 small onion thinly slice5-6 cloves garlic thinly slice1 punnet Mushroom½ each robot peppers (red, yellow and green)5-6 whole chillies Curry leaves ¼ cup soya sauce¼ cup woestershire sauce½ cup all joy chilli garlic sauce2-3 tablespoon Maggi chilli sauce origanalSalt to taste 1 ½ cups water 1 tablespoon maziena mixed with little water Olive oil
Make a paste with ginger and garlic, lemon pepper, garlic pepper, black pepper, salt, maziena, flour and eggs. Add cubed chicken fillet and allow to marinade at least and hour. Fry in medium hot oil till golden brown. In a medium pot heat olive oil, curry leaves a Chilli. Add the onions and garlic Sauté until onions are soft. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the peppers and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the sauces, water and maziena. Allow to simmer on medium low heat. Add salt if necessary. Lastly add the fried chicken and give one boil. Spice Rice :Sauté ½ onion in butter until slightly brown, add and stir fry 1 punnet mushrooms and Handful of frozen mixed veg season with lemon pepper, garlic pepper and garlic and herbs spice @inapaarmanskitchen 4-5 teaspoon Robertson spice for rice spice. Add 2 cups uncooked basmati rice 3½ cups boiling water allow to boil. When most of the water has evaporated close the pot with lid steam for 15 minutes. Serve with chilli chicken and Papad
