INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups self raising flour1 teaspoon baking powder3 tblspns butter (cold)1 tablespoon normal white sugar1 cup milkPinch of salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with flour.
Rub together self raising flour, baking powder, salt, sugar & butter to form breadcrumbs. Add milk to make a soft dough. Pat on floured board and cut with a scone cutter. Place onto cookie sheet. Coat top of scones with milk or melted & bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove & enjoy!!!
