Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
Step 1:3 cups flour6 teaspoon baking powder 1/4lb(125gr) butter1 cup icing sugar Pinch of salt
Step 2:2 eggs1 cup sourmilk
Mix dry ingredients with butter together to resemble breadcrumbs. Mix slightly beaten eggs with sourmilk and add to dry ingredients. Form a soft dough.Roll out thickly, cut with scone cutter, brush with egg (put little milk in egg) & bake in moderate oven (180°c) fr 15mins. Serve with butter, strawberry jam & whipped freshcream.
