INGREDIENTS
1 lt milk½ elichi powderFew strands saffron6tb sugar
1 cup nespray1 teaspoon semolina½ teaspoon elichi1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter/oil1 level teaspoon baking powder. sifted1 egg
METHOD
Mean while..1 cup nespray1 teaspoon semolina½ teaspoon elichi1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter/oil1 level teaspoon baking powder. sifted Rub above ingredients Beat 1 egg add in the nespray mixture slowly and make the dough.. knead the dough for 2 minutes make about 15 balls add it to the boiling milk cover the pot and let it steam for about 15 to 20 minutes.. when done and the balls are swollen transfer to a bowl. and let it cool decorate with pistachios
