INGREDIENTS
1cup klim Or nespray oil for hands
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 litre milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can cream
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
METHOD
In pot add milk and condensed milk
bring to boil
add cream
simmer down while milk is simmering
add the rasmalai balls ball mixture is :
1 cup klim 1 egg 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon baking powder mix together
use oil to form balls add to milk mixture
To check if balls are cooked they will be double in size then clear white in Centre
if cut it open take out of the pot and lay in Pyrex put chopped nuts over dish
