INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup raspberries3 cups cut up strawberries 1 teaspoon lemon juice¼ cup warm water, as needed
Make a simple sugar syrup with ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water boil together untill thick or if you use a candy thermometer it should reach 104C.
METHOD
Wash and cut up the strawberries Lay out on a lined tray or a freezer safe tray and freeze the strawberries and raspberries and freeze for 5 hours.Add the frozen fruit sugar syrup and lemon juice into a high powered blender.And blend untill slushy.Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight if you prefer.Use a cup of hot water to dip your ice cream scoop in to scoop the Sorbet easily.
