RECIPE
450g Hake or Kingklip any fish of choice (Deboned and Skin off) 3 tablespoon Aminas Fish and Prawn Masala1.tablespoon Robertsons Fish spice1 tablespoon Dry Fish masala spice1 tablespoon Garlic1 tablespoon Magic masala (or Red chilli paste) 1 tablespoon Lemon juiceLittle Italian herbs1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon paprika3 tablespoon oil ½ fine salt or to tasteMix all together and rub over fish Pieces Marinate for +-1 hoursThenFry on Stove in a Pan Med to Hot oilTurning once +-15 minutesThen Transfer to Oven Bake at 180* for a further +-10 minutes or Until doneJust before serving Grill in oven For +- 5 MinutesGarnish with chopped Shallot and Green dhania (coriander)Serving SuggestionSavory yellow stir fry rice.. Chips and SaladsEnjoy
