I'm not one to get fancy with the spices. So if I post or heart a recipe, chances are you won't have to go to the grocery store because it's definitely simple, easy and tastes DE-licious!

INGREDIENTS
500g Fattis and monis macaroni 4 cups / 1l Milk7 tablespoon flour Butter Salt Black pepper powder 2 teaspoon Green chillie paste1 teaspoon crushed garlic Grated cheese (preferably chedder) Mixed herbs
Optional :Knorr 3 cheese pasta sauce (sometimes I use it, most times I don't)
METHOD
Boil pasta till al dente, strain & set aside.
Add butter to the pot, salt, black pepper, flour, green chillie paste, garlic and whisk.
Drop in milk and continue whisking to form a white sauce. If you're using the knorr pasta sauce, add that in now. Be patient and keep whisking, the sauce will take shape.
White sauce consistency should be smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk, if too runny, add more flour.
Drop a handful of grated cheese into the white sauce and whisk until no lumps remain.
Drop pasta into the white sauce and mix.
Turn into an oven proof tray and top with grated cheese and sliced tomato.
Sprinkle mixed herbs on the top and put in oven at 180 degrees Celsius until cheese melts, then grill for a minute just to crisp the top a bit.
Best served hot.
INFO & TIPS
For a richer taste, substitute 1 cup milk for 1 cup fresh cream.
Quantities above were measured with measuring utensils.
