INGREDIENTS
6 cups flour1 packet instant yeast2 tablespoons saunf (fennel seeds)1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon Sugar 1 cup double cream yogurtWarm water to make a doughEgg for brushing over naanTill to sprinkle
METHOD
In flour add yeast, salt, sugar, saunf and yogurt .Make a soft dough with warm water.Let it rise for an hour.Punch down dough and kneed till elasticky, make 12 ball and set it on trays.Cover with kitchen town and let it rise for another hour.Brush with eggSprinkle till.Bake on 180°C for about 25min or golden brown top.

If u wish to Sprinkle kalunji, black till, poppy seeds or even blue poppy seeds
