Mix dry ingredients together. Add in egg & wet ingredients. Knead dough well. Put dough in a air tight container & leave to rise for 2 hrs in a warm place. Make small balls & place on a greased tray & brush with egg & sprinkle seaseme seeds. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. Bake until golden brown.Brush ghee (Clarified butter) on naan as soon as its taken out of the oven. Gives it a nice shine
