INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoon instant yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2-3 tab melted butter¼ cup warm milk¼ cup plain yogurt Enough water to form a firm soft dough
METHOD
1) Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl 2) Place butter, yogurt and milk in a bowl and whisk it. add this to dry ingredients and mix in . 3) Add enough water to make a soft and firm dough. Knead for 10 minutes. wrap with cling wrap and let it rise in a warm place until double in size. Punch down and make 8 equal sized balls. 4) Roll out in an oblong shape and rest to proof on a tea towel covered for 15-20 minutes. 5) Cook on a hot tawa and smear ghee (Clarified butter) all over.
