1. Boil water.2. In a heat proof dish with a lid, place in couscous, salt and seasoning. 3. Add water, mix and close to allow to swell and steam.4. Mix all other ingredients to couscous and fluff up with a fork. 5. Serve as is or refrigerate and serve cold.
