INGREDIENTS
1 green apple cut into small cubes with peal or grated
1 red apple cut into cubes with peal or grate
3 naartijies segmented and cubed
3-4 bananas cubed
2 pears cubed
1 papaya pealed
Juice of about 6 oranges
3-4 granadillas or tin granadilla pulp
Pineapple cubes
METHOD
Liquidise the orange juice and ½ papaya adding sugar to sweeten if desired.
Cube other half of papaya.
Squeeze some lemon juice over bananas to prevent them from turning black.
Add all the fruit to the orange & papaya juice. Adjust liquid adding more orange juice if need be.
Refrigerate and serve with ice cream or nestle cream.
Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
