INGREDIENTS
FOR DOUGH:1) Flour 500 gm2) Yeast 1 tablespoon3) Milk powder 1 tablespoon4) Egg 15) Salt ½ teaspoon6) Bread improver ¼ teaspoon7) Oil 50 ml8) Sugar 2 tablespoon9) Water as required10)Water for brushing
FOR FILLING:
Chicken 250 gmOil 2 tablespoonGreen masala 1 tablespoonSalt ½ teaspoonBlack pepper ½ teaspoonWhite pepper ½ teaspoonKetchup 2 tablespoonMayonnaise 50 gmChili sauce 2 tablespoon
METHOD
For the dough, in a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead a dough with water.Leave it for a while for proofing.Then spread evenly, give shape like a roll and place it on the baking tray. Create breathing holes using a fork.Bake at 180°c for 15-20 minutes.Apply water on the cake using a brushing tool.Cut the sides of the bread once baked and create two layers out of it.For the filling, heat oil and add chicken.Once the chicken is cooked, add green masala and cook well until the water dries.Then add salt, black pepper, white pepper.Mix well and allow it to cool.Once the dough is baked, cut it and spread mayonnaise, ketchup and chili sauce.Now add chicken filling and roll.Use the remaining dip to drizzle and decorate.Slice the roll and serve.😉
