I have used the Arabic dough 4 this.
Filling: 1 kg fillets cubed small Cook with:2 teaspoon ginger garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon salt 2 heaped teaspoon chilli powder Cook till dry. Shred or leave as is.
Boil: ½ cup each of tomato sauce mustard sauce & mayo
Melted garlic butter 🧈 (I make my own: 250g butter 4 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon parsley) Boil
2 assemble subz:Slit on topBrush garlic butter Put a small dollop of sauceFillingGrated cheese Sprinkle chopped peppers Freeze till needed.
The Arabic dough makes about 4½ doz cocktail rolls
